  • "The future belongs to those who prepare for it today." --Malcolm X
  • "Journalism allows its readers to witness history; fiction gives its readers an opportunity to live it." - John Hersey
  • "If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be."
Shelby Tribble

Shelby Tribble, Staff Writer

Shelby Tribble is the exact opposite of any of the typical girls that you will see in Starbucks with hair in a bun and wearing leggings or yoga pants. She would much rather wear sweatpants, a ponytail, and drink a lovely cup of tea. She is easily addicted to new television shows such as Finding Carter and Faking It. She has one older sister that despite looking nothing alike can be just as sarcastic as she. Her current aspirations include not sleeping while trying to read every John Green book ever written and riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes for several hours a day. Not forgetting about school, Shelby is a sophomore currently taking journalism to hopefully become a better writer then move on to college to major in art and become a photographer.
