Hi! I’m Kara Pattie and I’m senior at JacksonvilleHigh School. I am involved in the school’s plays and musicals, Student Government, NHS, NEHS, Students for Christ, and the REF program. I enjoy the outdoors, working with children, meeting new people, and spending time with my friends and family. After High School I plan to attend Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois. I hope to major in a teaching or nursing degree.
I’m excited to be a part of the Journalism class this year. I’ve always had a love of reading and writing, and I am eager to put my talents to work to bring you, the students of Jacksonville High School, fascinating and entertaining news articles.
