Kassidy Volk, a sophomore at Jacksonville High School, is a teen cat lady who spends a majority of her teenage life caring for the kittens that her cats can't seem to stop having. She enjoys reading Stephen King novels, not changing out of her footie pajamas on weekends, and cuddling with her love, Coco. Kassidy believes there is not enough time in the day, and yet she is the world's worst procrastinator. She loves watching Glee late at night when her parents aren't up to judge her. She also loves going to concerts and baking cute cupcakes for every occasion - or for none at all. Kassidy is a sophomore and plans to spend much of this school year focusing on color guard, school work, and chatting it up with her closest friends. Also, she wishes to squeeze in time to tutor younger kids and not fall behind herself. This is her first year taking journalism and hopefully not her last!
