Cheyanne Jockisch, Staff Writer
If a volleyball is within one hundred feet, you better believe that Cheyanne Jockisch will sense its presence and end up with it in her hands. Through school season here at Jacksonville High School, club season through the winter and spring, and sand volleyball during the summer, Cheyanne will never put that ball down. You can also find her behind a camera, snapping shots of wildlife and also perfecting her selfie-taking skills. In the classroom, you will see and hear Cheyanne making jokes, trying to produce laughter from her classmates. When not doing this, you might see her fighting sleep, trying to hold her head up and keep her eyes open during class. She plans to attend Missouri State University next fall and is expecting to major in geology. Through seventeen long and tiring years of life, as a senior in high school, she has nearly been through it all and plans on using her bold personality, life experiences, and outspoken opinions to bring you entertaining stories about what is going on here in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.
