With the anticipation of the upcoming break and the demanding stress of finals, it can be easy for students to become buried in all the work they have to do. It is easier for students to let their grades drop and lose sight of what they need to get done as the school year progresses. For most students, it is hard to catch up with school after being distracted or away from their work. A simple solution is being organized and motivated, but the end of the semester daze can be crippling.
A simple solution to this would be to get more organized or to find a system for studying and stick to it. There are several ways to do this that involve little effort but will help tremendously. Having folders for each class and highlighting important information are just some of them. Other ways include having a set time each day that a student can study and writing down assignments in a planner.
Although these are helpful choices, they do not guarantee that the students will succeed in classes. Hard work and determination are necessary to succeed through the end of the semester daze.
