In addition to these departmental award winners, the top 10% of the Class of 2014, Illinois State Scholars, and President’s Award for Educational Excellence recipients were honored. Three members of the Class of 2014 are commended as National Merit Scholarship recipients. A number of students were also honored with scholarships. Those presented at Senior Awards Night included the following: Brandon Bork Scholarship, Mary Thorsen; Helen and Orville Foreman Scholarship, Molly McGiles; Jacqulyn May Award in Drama, Kara Pattie; Eric M. Woods Scholarship Award, Andrew Jackson; Herman Dieckamp University of Illinois Scholarship, Maria Rubin de Celis; and Jacksonville Noon Rotary Scholarship, Brandon Hill and Molly McGiles.
