There is nothing better than laughing really hard. It feels good. I personally laugh hardest when other people laugh really hard. Laughing is actually healthy for you; I bet you didn’t know that. Staff writer Karli Knox has one of the most contagious laughs ever. The cold hard fact is, everyone’s laugh is part of who they are as a human. Whether you have a big hearty laugh like Karli or just a little snicker. Laughing is just the best. Did you know laughing and smiling is good for you? I was thinking that laughing had just a few health benefits; however I was surprised to figure out that the list of health benefits was just about as long as the novel “Women and men” which if you didn’t know sits at 9th on the longest book ever written. That last statement may or may not have been exaggerated but I’ll let you be the judge. The health benefits range from the lowering of blood levels to an abdominal workout believe it or not. So when you’re laughing, laugh for as long as you can and if you do that I can almost guarantee you will have abs. that statement also may have been a bit exaggerated but you get the point, laughing is good for you. So my suggestion is laugh as much as you can like Karli who laughed 90% of the time I was typing this paper.
