Crimson J

Entering his senior year of high school, Ryan Kaufmann couldn’t be more excited about being a part of the Crimson J and seeing what opportunities it has in store for him.  Here at JHS, Ryan participates with the golf team and basketball team.  Golf is for sure his main sport and is what he is best at, but it is also fun to be a part of the basketball team, playing with all of his best friends.  Obviously, he plays these sports because they are what he loves to do and what he has always enjoyed to play, but it is also about the fun and the memories made with teammates.  Other than sports, there are other things Ryan also enjoys doing.  He loves spending time with family whenever possible and hanging out with all of his friends.  He couldn’t be more blessed to have all of them in his life as they have made him into the person he is today.  After high school, Ryan plans on going to college (not decided yet) and playing golf while continuing his education.  He is still undecided about what he wants to major in, so the first couple years of college will hopefully help him decide.  Ryan is taking journalism because he feels it is a class that will help him in college and also because he has always enjoyed reading sports journalist’s pieces so it seems like something he could maybe go into while in college as well.
