Michael McNulty is a senior at Jacksonville High School. He wrestles and is a Crimson football player. Michael loves to compete in weightlifting and is a part-time powerlifter. He loves to support the JHS football team by coming to events and supporting JHS in general. Michael’s plan after high school is to join the military and to be devoted to the military community for the rest of his life. His reason for taking journalism is to better understand the topic and help himself write more clearly, making his thoughts more fluent so people can better understand what he is trying to say. Something others might not know about him is that he used to complete in powerlifting at the 165-weight class. He set three world records in squat deadlift, an overall total for a 15 year old in that weight class. Also he has many American records. Powerlifting might be his favorite thing to talk about or do.
