Haidin Keller, Staff Writer

Haidin Keller used to play basketball, day and night. He would play all day. He loved basketball more than anything, but now he doesn’t even play. Now all he seems to care about is his girlfriend, his job, and shoes. He doesn’t really seem to have a plan for life after high school. He’s in 11th grade soon to graduate, so he’s still trying to figure it out. He likes to buy, refurbish and paint, and resell shoes and find good deals on them. He started his own shoe business, and it has been testing his patience lately. He doesn’t have a complicated schedule, only a half-busy one. He wakes up, goes to school, leaves school, goes home for a little bit, goes to work, goes home, sleeps, wakes up and the cycle repeats. He’s pretty chill most of the time. He spends lots of time with his girlfriend and is grateful for every chance they have together, especially because they both work a lot and don’t have as much time with each other as they used to. He never thought he would be a barista as his first position in the working world because he is really antisocial and doesn’t really enjoy talking to or being around people. He thinks most people are fake or annoying. He never really had a family growing up so all he ever knew was what he taught himself, so learning right from wrong was a bit of an issue as he got older, but he eventually figured it out.
