The Crimson boys’ soccer program has remained strong with a current record of seven wins and six losses with the 3-2 loss to Quincy High School last Thursday night.
The Crimsons have had three recent one point losses to Danville, Sacred Heart, and Quincy High. They aren’t worried, however.
“We are really starting to become a team. We are working together better. We a learning to read each other better, and also how each individual plays,” senior captain Adam Metz said.
The Crimsons have played seven games in the last two weeks winning five of the contests.
When asked about the rest of the season, Metz answered, “I can’t wait. We are hosting regionals this year (for the first time in 6 years) and we get to play Chatham again this year in the regional championship.”
Last year, the Crimson’s lost a tough regional championship contest in Chatham. They are preparing for that redemption constantly.
