If you’re a fan of fantastical battle scenes, a touching storyline and some romantic spice, Dracula Untold, which is to be released on October 10, might be the perfect fall film for you.
The story begins with a prince known as Vlad the Impaler, who is played by Luke Evans. He decides to settle down with his wife Mirena (Sarah Gadon) and they have a son named Ingeras, who is played by Art Parkinson, best known for his role in Game of Thrones. When Vlad and his son are recruited to an army, Vlad journeys to meet a sorcerer who turns him into a vampire forever unless he can withhold his thirst for three days. Whether he wins this bargain or loses will be unclear until this Gary Shore film, shot in Northern Ireland, is released.
Emily Middleton, who has been a vampire fan since the Twilight Saga, says she is eager to see what Shore’s debut film has to offer. This Edward-loving groupie states that she “can’t wait to see where vampires originated!”
