You can find her in the pool or outside on the softball field. Madison Reynolds, or Maddie, has been active in sports for as long as she can remember. Maddie is a junior at Jacksonville High School. She has played softball for JHS for the past two years and plans to play this spring. Maddie enjoys writing as much as she does sports. She has written her own short stories when she was younger and hopes to further her career in writing. Whether that career may continue onto writing actual novels or continuing on in a journalism career, she does not know, but she hopes it will take her quite far. When she is not on the field, she can be found with her friends or at home watching Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix. Madison enjoys the simple things in life, for example, a sunset on a summer night or how pretty the trees look in the fall. Speaking of fall, fall is one of her favorite seasons. She loves the gorgeous colors of the trees, the cooler nights, and the Friday night lights. Along with all of those things, her birthday is also in the fall, so she looks forward to that as well. She’s excited to be writing for the Crimson J and hopes for a good school year!
