Everyone that knows him is still waiting for the day Alex Dufelmeier doesn’t post about his favorite basketball team, the Illinois Fighting Illini. If there was a class about movies or basketball, Alex would be the best student in class. He is great at making sure there is never a quiet room and always remembers his homework, only it's right before he goes to bed. To him there is never a wrong time to talk about Top Gun Maverick or “Who is better--MJ or Lebron?” Alex is a senior this year at JHS and has a lot in mind for his future, but you can always find him driving around in his truck every weekend. Beginning his second year with the school paper, he is excited to write about topics he is interested in and learn more about other subjects.
