There were more upsets in the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament. Starting in the West Region, #6 USC beat #3 Kansas 85-51, and  #7 Oregon beat #2 Iowa, 95-80. There were no upsets in the East Region. In the Southern Region, #15 Oral Roberts beat #7 Florida, 81-78. In the Midwest Region, the biggest upset in the tournament #8 Loyola Chicago beat #8 Illinois, 71-58, #12 beat #4 Oklahoma State 80-70, and #11 Syracuse beat #3 West Virginia, 75-72.

This is the second round upsets and the Sweet Sixteen will take place March 27-28. After the Sweet Sixteen, teams will go to the Elite Eight and some of these teams could make history like Oral Roberts. A #15 seed has never won a National Championship. Also the last time Loyola beat Illinois was in 1963, and they went on to win the whole tournament. So this could be a historic year in college basketball.
