Smallville was a television show that ran from October 2001 to May 13, 2011. The show ran for ten full seasons.
The show starred Tom Welling as Clark Kent/Kal-El, John Schneider as Jonathan Kent, Annette O’Toole as Martha Kent, Kristin Kreuk as Lana Lang, Allison Mack as Chloe Sullivan, and Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor. Many other beloved people were on the show as well but these people were base characters that started the show.
Smallville is about Clark Kent before he became the well-known superhero, Superman. It also deals with many other well-known characters in the DC comic’s universe.
Clark has to deal with controlling his powers and keeping his secret, not to mention trying to find his place in the world and living up to his “father’s” expectations.
This show was extremely well-known and loved by many people because of its family aspect and its superhero aspect too. Many people enjoyed seeing the early story of America’s most well-known and beloved hero.
The show was and still is, in my opinion, one of the best shows to ever go on the air, and it’s because of the wonderful story that the show created. If you get the chance, look for this show and watch it for yourself to see how the legend of Superman began.
