As I’m going through my daily routine at JHS, walking down the halls to my class, I see inappropriate clothing! We are in high school, People, and I think we all know how to read the JHS guidelines! If you don’t then maybe a few tips can help you out!
BOYS: Keep your pants up! It’s not the new lingo to show your boxers! I’m positive that half or more of the JHS population doesn’t find it attractive! Get a belt or pants that fit, but saggy isn’t cool. Why would you want to not be RED and get in trouble for something that’s not even cute? It’s not worth it, boys!
GIRLS: Pull your shirt up and get a longer skirt! Yes, in the summer it’s hot outside, but at JHS, it’s not! Mrs. Dillard has a good eye for things like that, so save you the embarrassment! Besides, you don’t honestly want guys looking at you like that, do you? I sure don’t, and I won’t! It doesn’t matter who has the most cleavage or the most showing! What matters is your future, and no one will be benefitting from dressing inappropriately. Say you want to get a job; do you think someone with hire a person will a mini skirt on? If it was me, I wouldn’t hire someone like that!
Everyone only gets one impression. When I see everyone at a class reunion, everyone will remember what kind of person you were in high school. So everyone should get up in the morning, pick an appropriate outfit, and remember… modest is hottest!
