After four years on a hiatus, world-renowned pop sensation Justin Bieber has announced his return to music. Bieber left the music scene in 2016 when he cancelled his stadium tour of his album Purpose for unknown personal reasons. Now, as a new husband to model Hailey Bieber, he is finally ready to come back and release his next album.

Titled Changes, Bieber’s new album is slated to release February 14, 2020. In order to promote this huge moment, Bieber has already released the debut single of the comeback called “Yummy,” which has already topped radio charts. Last Friday, he also released the second single entitled “Get Me” featuring R&B singer, Kehlani.

Along with the album, Bieber has also announced his first tour since the debacle in 2016. He is going on a world tour with opening acts, Kehlani and Jaden Smith. In addition to his tour, Bieber is also releasing a documentary series exclusively on Youtube Premium. Two episodes are being released each week for users. The episodes document his journey in creating this album, as well as what has been going on in his life.

Many fans have been elated with his return to music; however, not all listeners are thrilled. Many people have put the song “Yummy” under fire claiming that it is an immature song. His way of promoting the songs has been called desperate as well. But, long-time fans of Bieber have come to his defense saying that he is being attacked for no reason. After his tragic Lyme Disease diagnosis recently, fans are excited that he released such a fun song as his first single of the return. Either way, there is no denying that Bieber has still managed to climb the charts and has still successfully created great promotion for his exciting comeback after such a long hiatus. The music industry is glad to have his voice back on the scene.
