Trackmania Turbo

Trackmania Turbo is an arcade racing game that is original yet pretty easy to get into and understand. In the series, there are different environments and with each one is a different play style. In total there are ten different environments. This game includes four of them: a stadium, a canyon, a valley, and a lagoon. Stadium is more like an Indy 500 style race but with all the craziness of this game. Canyon is what is says it is, but its play style is based around drifting. Valley is rally car racing. Lagoon is the new one to the series; it’s in a tropical setting and is also nicknamed roller-coaster because it has track that the car will stick to and it looks like a roller-coaster rail. The game boasts 200 levels between all four environments and a level creator for the player to create and share levels. New to the game is the level generator that can create an infinite amount of levels to play. There is also multiplayer online and offline. The local lets the player play with up to four players; from there the player can play any of the main tracks, use the generator, or play custom tracks. With the online, the player is put into a server of 100 players and has to complete races for the fastest time to win. With the online, there are different types of races like stunt where players can do flips for the race.

I would give this game a 8/10. It is a fun arcade game to play with friends or to pass time. I have enjoyed it for years and still love the series. I would recommend it to any racing video game fan who likes a fun and crazy experience.
