Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga

Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is a Lego game based off of Star Wars Episodes I – VI. It takes the player through a reimagining of these movies with its own quirky humor that’s in Lego games with no voice acting. The games have their own way of storytelling; the games are also full of collectables and Easter eggs. Every level has ten mini kits that are used to build ships. There are also gold bricks that are used to unlock secret levels and studs that the player has to collect so many of in each level to become true Jedi, but they are also used in the hub world story to buy characters that can access secret places in each level or can also be used to buy extras or cheats. When players complete a level, free mode unlocks, and in free mode, the players can play as any unlocked character but some have special abilities like storm troopers can open special doors. Anyone on the dark side can use the force on anything that glows red; droids can open special doors; small characters can crawl through trap doors; and Gungans can jump higher than any other characters. This game has a variety of levels that range from pod racing to space battles and even light saber duels. The game also lets the player create his own character by swapping parts from other characters that the player has unlocked and then that character can be useable in free mode.

This game is fun and funny. Although most of my love for this series is nostalgic, I still think it’s a good game. With the new game coming out this June, it’s a fun game to play when there is nothing else to do and players just want something to play.
